Fit-out Inspector – 12k
Dubai. Immediate start. Male or Female.
The Fit-out inspector is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the fitout projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, Environmental, Architecture preferred).
Minimum 3-5 years of retails/industrial work experience, preferable in operations, maintenance or safety related roles
UAE Driver License.
NEBOSH IGC, IOSH Managing safety certificate is highly desirable
Skills & Competencies
Will be conducting technical site inspections in accordance with DMCC, DCD, DM, and other relevant authority regulations
Should possess prior experience as a Fit-Out Inspector within a developer or master developer environment
Will review approved drawings and ensure on-site works comply with architectural, MEP, structural, and fire & life safety requirements
Identifying non-compliant works and issue corrective action notices as required
Monitoring site safety and ensure adherence to HSE standards and best practices
Coordinating with Fit-Out Coordinators, Building Management, and contractors to ensure smooth progress and timely issue resolution
Preparing detailed inspection reports with photos, observations, and compliance findings
Conducting random spot inspections to identify unauthorized works, deviations, or safety violations
Supporting continuous improvement by reporting trends and recommending enhancements to processes and standards
Should have familiarity with high-tech inspection tools and digital systems used to identify issues and enhance inspection accuracy
The inspector must have full awareness of retail and F&B fit-out requirements and demonstrate prior hands-on experience in inspecting retail and F&B projects
