Position: Inspection/ Logistic coordinator – Walkin Chennai
Oversee the meticulous inspection of incoming and outgoing goods ensuring adherence to quality standards and client specifications. Coordinate and schedule all logistical movements including transportation, warehousing, and delivery to optimize efficiency and cost. Manage inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy and prevent discrepancies or stockouts. Liaise effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operational flow.
Qualifications
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Have a minimum of 10-15 years of proven experience in logistics coordination and quality inspection.
- Demonstrate expertise in inventory management systems and transportation management software.
- Exhibit strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to navigate complex logistical challenges.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in Pipeline, Oil & Gas, EPC, Flowline, Wellhead, Brownfield, Upstream, Onshore.
- Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred.
- Clean‑shaven policy applicable.
- Candidates with Metro, Building, or Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible.
Age Criteria
Maximum age limit is 49 years. For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience.
Managerial and Senior Positions
A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory.
