We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, client handling, and tele-calling, with a strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities
- Maintain and update client data using Zoho CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development
- Experience with Zoho CRM is preferred.
- Tagalog-speaking candidates are preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
- Recruitment or HR background is an added advantage
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
