Responsibilities:
Ensure top-notch customer service and satisfaction
Monitor and uphold health and safety standards
Oversee inventory management and assist with ordering
Train and supervise staff to maintain high service standards
Maintain food quality by ensuring staff follow established standards
Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to optimize operations
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry
Strong understanding of customer service principles and health regulations
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
