Inside Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding Jobs in Dubai at TLM INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT SERVICES LLC
Job Description : Daily site visits and onsite work inspection during the progress of installation work and remedy any snags and record.
Marking the daily work progress on the drawings and forwarding to the Project Group on daily basis.
Site co-ordination with Main contractor, Engineers and Foreman.
Arrange access and work front before start up the work and reduce downtime.
Scheduling & Managing the resources like man power, materials, tools etc.
Attending site co-ordination/ weekly progress meetings.
Site measurements & co-ordinate with office to proceed with the fabrication of materials.
Arrange material Inspection and approval upon delivery of material to Site.
Arrange work Inspection and approval upon completion of work at Site.
Inspection of complete site upon completion of installation and providing report.
Arrange testing & commissioning and training at site as required.
Conduct safety induction prior to start of work at site.
Co-ordinate with site HSE officer & arrange the MSRA (method statement & risk assessment) approval prior to start of work at site.
Maintain valid safety certificate & staff documents.
Implementing and monitoring the site works as per approved shop drawings & site safety rules.
Co-ordinate at site & arrange for third party inspection and certification.
Review site weekly report, check and submit to office after verifying every week beginning.
Prepare & submission of Monthly report and all related works as per project requirements.
Achieve monthly target for the Installation works.
Photos of site progress & completed works to be saved in the designated folder on daily basis.
Providing technical support to the site teams and solving problems.
Update project schedule and planning sheet.
Release Fabrication work order and follow up for Fabrication works with Planning Engineer.
Maintaining good conduct with colleagues and clients.
Logistics coordination
Production and modification coordination as per site requirement.
Site completion and workers performance reports
Payment certificate follow up
Daily activity report must be shared with the Project Group at end of each day before the closing of business hours.
Next day’s programme and visits to be shared with the Project Group on the previous day before the closing of business hours.

Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED4,500.00 per month

Experience:
site engineer in BMU/MEP: 2 years (Required)
License/Certification:
UAE Driving License (Required)
