Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for driving growth in technical services? We are seeking an experienced Sales representative to lead our sales efforts for AC Duct Cleaning.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential customers, including residential, commercial, and industrial clients, to promote AC duct cleaning services.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive engagement with prospects.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term loyalty.
Service Consultation: Understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and offer detailed explanations of the benefits of AC duct cleaning services.
Quotations and Contracts: Prepare and present service quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals efficiently.
Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for business growth.
Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates to management on sales performance.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Proven sales experience (preferably in HVAC, duct cleaning).
· Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
· Ability to handle client objections and provide effective solutions.
· Basic knowledge of AC systems and duct cleaning
· At least 6 years of Sales in HVAC industry
Benefits:
· AED 5,000 with incentive opportunities.
· As per UAE Labor Law

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
