Inside Sales Professional

The Inside Sales Professional will collaborate with outside sellers or channels like e-commerce to drive sales through remote customer engagement via outbound calls, virtual video calls, and emails. The role involves proactively sourcing sales opportunities through inbound leads and accounts, understanding customer needs, and building instant rapport and credibility to ensure customer satisfaction. The goal is to facilitate a smooth sales process to close deals and meet targets.

Proactively engage with customers to develop business using outbound sales calls, utilizing digital channels such as video, telephone, and social media.

Participate in lead generation strategies, including cold calling, to identify prospects and create a list of potential customers.

Establish a clear, executable plan with specific tasks to identify, follow up, and close business opportunities.

Provide and share relevant marketing information related to products and services through digital sales enablement platforms and tools.

Analyze customer needs and support their decision-making process.

Manage the sales pipeline and develop accounts to uncover and close new sales opportunities within the scope of Inside Sales.

Collaborate with front sales to understand products and services suitable for Inside Sales customers.

Regularly review existing and new accounts to assess growth potential remotely.

Investigate and pre-qualify customer contacts and leads based on data analysis or remote contact.

Support general sales functions as back-office support as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally in a technical field.

First work experience in similar roles, preferably within the Technology and Engineering domain.

Successful track record in sales, business development, client management, and project management in a tech environment.

Proven ability to exceed sales targets and business goals.

Strong influencing and networking skills, with stakeholder management experience in a global environment.

Solid experience with IT, Software, Cloud, and IoT platforms.

Excellent presentation and communication skills, fluent in English and preferably Arabic, both written and spoken.

Ability to align portfolios with customer problems and build positive relationships across diverse groups.

Ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences and vice versa.
