Innovation Consultant Jobs in Doha, Qatar at Systems Limited – Middle East & Africa (Techvista)
Systems Limited – Middle East & Africa (Techvista) is seeking an experienced Innovation Consultant to drive transformation and continuous improvement across the digital operating model. This role focuses on identifying inefficiencies, designing innovative process solutions, and enabling operational excellence through lean, agile, and data-driven methodologies. The candidate will work closely with cross‑functional teams to embed innovation and improve overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze the current digital operating model to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and innovation opportunities
- Design and implement process improvement and innovation initiatives aligned with the digital operating model
- Maintain a repository of roles, processes, and tool chains across the digital operating model
- Conduct data collection, root cause analysis, and performance measurement to assess effectiveness
- Develop and deploy best practices, standards, and process documentation to support continuous improvement and innovation
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented improvements and innovation initiatives
- Drive lean methodologies, agile practices, and continuous improvement programs
- Organize and facilitate innovation workshops, brainstorming sessions, and improvement initiatives
- Promote a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement across teams
Required Competencies and Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Process Management, Information Systems, or a related field
- Certification in continuous improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or higher) is preferred
- 4–8 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or innovation‑related roles
- Strong understanding of process analysis, optimization, and innovation frameworks
- Experience with lean, agile, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and facilitation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Fluency in English (written and verbal);
Arabic is an added advantage
