About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented KYC Officer to join our team. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection: Gather customer information and documentation for ongoing compliance.
Document Checks and Verification: Review customer documents to ensure authenticity and accuracy.
Information Validation: Cross-check provided information against regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Risk Assessment: Identify and assess potential risks related to customer profiles.
Ongoing Monitoring and Record Maintenance: Regularly update customer records and monitor for regulation compliance.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Hindi (spoken and written) is required.
At least 1 year of experience in banking or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
Knowledge of KYC/KYB and regulatory requirements is a plus.
