Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced CCTV Technician with a minimum of 2 years of experience working in Dubai to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems at various client sites. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has hands-on experience in security systems and is looking to grow their career with a reputable company in the security industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems, cameras, and related equipment for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure CCTV systems are functioning optimally.
Provide on-site technical support and resolve issues related to CCTV systems, including cameras, DVR/NVRs, and monitoring software.
Ensure all installations comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
Conduct system upgrades, including software updates and hardware replacements.
Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, and repairs.
Perform Intrusion Security Alarm System installation and programming.
Install, assemble, and maintain servers, as well as perform rack dressing.
Work with structured cabling for system installations and maintenance.
Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity issues.
Install and program biometric devices.
Assist in the integration of CCTV systems with other security solutions.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a CCTV Technician, specifically within Dubai.
Strong knowledge of CCTV installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.
Proficient in handling different types of CCTV systems (analog, IP-based, etc.).
Knowledge of networking and IP camera setup and configuration.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
SIRA Certification is preferred.
Relevant certifications or training in CCTV systems.
Experience with integration of CCTV systems with other security solutions.
Knowledge of Intrusion Security Alarm Systems installation and programming.
Experience with Server Assembling, Rack Dressing, and Maintenance.
Familiarity with Structured Cabling techniques.
Proficiency in troubleshooting Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity.
Experience with Biometric Devices installation and programming.
