Key Responsibilities:
Configure and manage Cisco switches and routers to ensure optimal network performance.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and MPLS networks, troubleshooting issues and minimizing downtime.
Monitor network performance, utilizing tools to analyze traffic and identify potential bottlenecks.
Collaborate with IT teams to support network-related projects and initiatives, offering technical guidance to team members and end-users.
Document and maintain records of network activities and incidents to ensure consistency and accountability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of networking.
Expertise in configuring Cisco networking equipment, with sound knowledge of networking concepts.
CCNA certification is mandatory.
Must possess a valid driving license issued in Qatar.
Key Deliverables:
Timely resolution of network-related issues.
Regular maintenance and updates to network systems to ensure reliability.
Comprehensive documentation for all network operations and incident handling.
