infrastructure Site Engineer (CONSTRUCTION) Jobs in Sharjah at Al Qudra Contracting
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide full on-site supervision for the execution of infrastructure works (road networks, drainage systems, water supply lines, and other utilities).
- Closely monitor the execution of works to ensure strict compliance with approved engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, consultants, and project managers to ensure work progresses according to the project timeline.
- Implement and monitor Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) procedures on-site to maintain a safe working environment.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports (daily and weekly) to the management regarding work status, completion percentages, and field challenges.
- Inspect and receive materials delivered to the site, ensuring they match the required specifications.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proven practical experience in supervising infrastructure projects within the UAE.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the regulations, codes, and standards of relevant government and local authorities.
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and analyze engineering drawings and plans.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage site teams and resolve field issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in essential engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD) and standard MS Office applications.
Pay: AED1.00 per month
