Job Description

Manage IT infrastructure activities, including hardware, software, networks, data centers, and related systems, to support information technology services.

Assist in planning and implementing strategies, policies, and procedures for the effective and integrated operation of IT infrastructure.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement systems strategies that meet organizational needs.

Ensure compatibility between IT infrastructure and applications, including ongoing upgrades and maintenance.

Monitor network performance, identify potential issues, and implement preventative maintenance plans to minimize downtime.

Develop and manage budgets for network expansion and infrastructure upgrades, ensuring compliance with organizational requirements.

Oversee the planning, installation, configuration, and documentation of IT and network systems.

Provide expertise to align IT infrastructure with the latest trends, tools, and best practices to optimize performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 3–5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or a related field.  Comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and data centers.

Familiarity with the latest IT trends, tools, and practices.
