Responsibilities
- Lead Infrastructure Maintenance & Managed Services operations.
- Coordinate teams across Servers, Virtualization, Networks, Security, Storage, Backup, and Monitoring.
- Lead technical escalation for major and critical incidents.
- Drive incident, problem, and root-cause resolution.
- Coordinate maintenance, patching, upgrades, migrations, and major changes.
- Monitor infrastructure availability, performance, capacity, and SLA compliance.
- Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Support disaster recovery, service restoration, and critical incidents.
- Ensure technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge transfer are maintained.
- Drive continuous improvement and infrastructure lifecycle activities.
Requirements
- BSc. degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 8+Yrs of experience in IT Infrastructure & Operations, preferably in large Managed Services environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux, VMware, LAN/WAN, Network Security, Storage, Backup, DR, and Monitoring.
- Strong troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis skills.
- Good understanding of ITIL – Incident, Problem, Change & Release Management.
- Experience leading multiple technical teams and vendors.
- Strong communication skills in English & Arabic.
- Willingness to work onsite in Riyadh and participate in on-call support when required.
