Job Description
Role Summary: Ensures the security, integrity, and availability of the registry’s network and infrastructure. Implements and monitors security protocols, protects against threats, and supports secure registrar access.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, and secure tunnels
- Monitor network traffic and detect intrusions (IDS/IPS)
- Enforce SSL/TLS policies and DNSSEC standards
- Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Manage access controls, MFA, and directory services
- Respond to security incidents and conduct forensic analysis
Required Skills
- Deep understanding of network protocols and architecture
- Experience with SIEM tools and intrusion detection systems
- SSL/TLS, DNSSEC, and DDoS mitigation expertise
- Familiarity with LDAP/AD and IAM frameworks
- Knowledge of compliance standards (ICANN, TDRA, ISO)
- Incident response and threat containment experience
