🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Mac operating systems
- Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, printers, and network connectivity
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control (Active Directory)
- Support email systems (e.g., Outlook, Office 365)
- Handle ticketing systems and ensure timely resolution of incidents
- Assist in software installations, upgrades, and patch management
- Monitor system performance and escalate issues when required
- Support VPN, remote access, and basic network troubleshooting
- Maintain IT documentation and asset inventory
