Role Description
Location: Dubai, UAE | Full-Time | Immediate Joiners Preferred.
We are looking for a highly capable, cross-functional Senior Engineer who can design, implement, troubleshoot, and take ownership of complete IT environments across servers, networks, security and ELV systems.
This role is for someone who doesn’t wait for instructions, they walk into complexity and bring clarity.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and deploy Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO)
• Deploy and manage virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Design SMB infrastructure from ground up
• Lead infrastructure upgrades and migrations
• Configure and troubleshoot Firewalls, Switches & Wireless Access Points
• Implement secure network architecture
• Access control systems setup
• CCTV integrations
• IP telephony / PBX
• Design, deploy and manage Video conferencing and meeting room solutions
• Structured cabling coordination
• Lead resolution during P1/P2 incidents
• Provide deep root cause analysis
• Communicate clearly with clients during outages
• Take accountability until full resolution
Requirements:
Must Have:
• 4+ years hands-on IT infrastructure experience
• Strong Windows Server Administration
• Good networking fundamentals
• Virtualization deployment & troubleshooting
• Backup systems configuration & validation
• Experience handling onsite environments independently
• UAE Driving License
Strong Advantage:
• Worked in MSP and System Integration background
• Experience in SMB environments (20–150 users)
