Role Purpose:
To support the IT function in delivering efficient and reliable technology services by assisting in system support, troubleshooting, and IT operations, while gaining practical experience and contributing to seamless business operations.
Job Accountabilities & Activities:
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
- Assist in system setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Support IT infrastructure and ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain accurate IT documentation and asset records
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security standards
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Requirements:
- Registered in Tamheer program via Taqat platform
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting
- Eagerness to learn and develop within the IT field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
