Galadari Saudi Industrial Company (GSIC) is seeking a proactive and customer‑focused IT Officer to join our team in Riyadh.
The successful candidate will provide day‑to‑day IT support across the Kingdom, ensuring employees have the tools and technical assistance required to operate efficiently. This role will be responsible for laptop and desktop setup, system configuration, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and supporting HR with onboarding new employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers and mobile devices
- Install, reformat, and reconfigure operating systems and business applications
- Provide first‑line IT support and resolve day‑to‑day technical issues for users across Saudi Arabia
- Support HR with new joiner onboarding, including IT account creation, equipment allocation, and workstation setup
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and email‑related issues
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required
- Maintain IT asset records and ensure equipment is properly tracked and managed
- Assist with system upgrades, security updates, and IT projects as needed
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
- Experience setting up, reformatting, configuring, and troubleshooting laptops and desktops
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and support users across multiple locations
- Fluent in Arabic and English
