we’re looking for an IT manager with experience in Hospitality for our project in Shura Island near Jeddah.
Responsibilities & Duties
• Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, network systems, and cloud-based solutions.
• Plan, implement, and manage IT security protocols to safeguard company data and systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
• Proactively monitor and maintain system performance, identifying and addressing potential problems before they occur.
• Stay up to date on the latest IT trends and technologies, recommending and implementing cost-effective solutions.
• Participate in the development and implementation of an IT budget strategy aligned with company needs.
• Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure technology solutions support business objectives.
• Oversee the procurement of IT equipment and software, ensuring best value for the company.
• Document IT processes and procedures for efficient workflow and knowledge transfer.

• Infrastructure Management: Ability to manage and maintain hardware, software, network systems, and cloud-based solutions.
