Information Technology Assistant Manager

We are looking for an experienced Information Technology Assistant Manager to join the IT team at Radisson Collection Residences Riyadh. The role focuses on delivering innovative technological solutions, supporting hotel staff and ensuring uninterrupted IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day IT operations, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues and providing support to hotel staff.
- Collaborate with the IT Manager to implement and maintain IT systems, including hardware, software, networks and telecommunications.
- Monitor system performance, security and backups to proactively address risks and ensure data integrity.
- Provide training and guidance to hotel employees on IT procedures, software applications and security best practices.
- Support the installation, configuration and maintenance of IT equipment, including computers, printers and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and internet‑related issues to maintain uninterrupted operations.
- Manage IT inventory, including software licenses, hardware assets and consumables, ensuring accurate records.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for IT‑related contracts and support.

- Expertise in IT systems, hardware, software and networking.
