One of the prestigious Fashion Ecommerce group is searching for a High Caliber Manager Influencer Onboarding for their KSA operations
The role will drive influencer-led growth by identifying relevant creators aligned with Styli’s fashion-first positioning, while ensuring consistent, trend-driven content across brands and categories.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management:
Build and manage a team of 2–3 junior influencer management and content executives'
Mentor the team on social media, fashion trends, and influencer ecosystems
Set clear goals, workflows, and performance metrics Influencer
Scouting and Onboarding:
Identify and onboard KSA-based influencers across tiers (T1, T2, T3)
Ensure alignment with brand positioning, target audience, and conversion goals
Build and maintain a scalable influencer pipeline Refine scouting strategies based on performance data and market trends
Work closely with the Influencer Marketing team to optimize onboarding and commission structures
Content Creation and Execution:
Drive creation of high-volume, trend-led content across brands and categories
Ensure alignment with defined themes, campaigns, and seasonal priorities
Work closely with Head of Brand to translate direction into content output Maintain consistency in content quality and relevance
Market Insights
Track KSA fashion trends, cultural nuances, and platform shifts
Identify emerging creators and formats to improve performance
Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience
Experience in performance-driven influencer campaigns (CPA, ROAS, conversions)
Arabic-speaking
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat in KSA
