Job Summary:
Saudi German Health is seeking an Infection Control Manager for our brand-new Rehabilitation Hospital opening in Jeddah. This role will oversee infection prevention programs, ensure compliance with health regulations, and implement best practices to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and enforce infection control policies and protocols.
Conduct risk assessments and implement preventive measures.
Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare regulations.
Provide staff training on infection prevention and control practices.
Monitor and report infection data, trends, and outbreak responses.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nursing, Microbiology, or related field.
Certification in Infection Control (e.g., CIC) preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in infection prevention and control and 3 years within management.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
Knowledge in CBHAI and JCI accreditations.
