Overview
We are seeking a nurturing and dedicated Infant School Teacher to join our school in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for nursery and reception-aged children. This role requires a passion for early childhood education and the ability to create engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.

Responsibilities
Create and implement lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Provide individualized support to meet the needs of all students
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child’s progress
Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate curriculum
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
Proven experience working with nursery and reception-aged children
Understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children
Day-to-day
Engage children in a variety of learning activities, including play, arts and crafts, and storytelling
Observe and assess each child’s development and progress
Communicate with parents and guardians about their child’s day and any notable achievements or challenges
Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a supportive and inclusive school community
Continuously seek professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education
