Position: Industry 4.0 Program Director – Smart Factory Transformation
Venture One seeks a seasoned Program Director to own end-to-end delivery of a large Industry 4.0 transformation in the UAE. You will orchestrate design, installation, commissioning and handover for a highly automated smart manufacturing facility, coordinating multiple OEMs and suppliers within a governed, secure on-premise setup.
You will lead Senior Project Managers and PMO, drive scheduling, risk management and executive reporting, ensuring on-time, on-cost delivery and operational readiness.
