Job Title: Industrial Skills Trainer – Computer – Saudi Nationals are preferred
Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to develop and deliver technical training content, practical exercises, presentations, and assessments using appropriate learning technologies, virtual platforms, and digital tools.
- Develop, prepare, and deliver technical training programs, courses, workshops, and seminars based on organizational needs and training objectives.
- Deliver engaging and effective learning experiences through practical demonstrations, hands-on activities, case studies, and digital learning methods, while ensuring strong participant engagement and knowledge transfer.
Selection Criteria:
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to participants with different levels of knowledge.
- Strong organization, time management, problem-solving, classroom management, and adaptability skills, with the ability to manage technical challenges and respond effectively to participant needs.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Programming, or other relevant technology areas.
