Responsibilities:
Perform plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance.
Conduct HVAC system inspections, repairs, and servicing.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and equipment.
Complete carpentry tasks including repairs and installations.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and carpentry.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Driver’s License is a must
