– Prepare daily operational reports, manpower reports, and productivity tracking reports.
– Ensure compliance with safety procedures, permit systems, and site regulations.
– Identify opportunities for operational improvements and resource optimization.
– Handle operational challenges and ensure timely resolution.
– Support workforce planning and improve overall efficiency.
