Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Heater specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and manufacturing a wide range of industrial heaters. As an Industrial Heater Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of heating systems used in industrial processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial heater manufacturing and possess comprehensive knowledge of various heater types and applications.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize industrial heaters for a variety of applications, including but not limited to tubular heaters, Mica Flat heaters, Mica band heaters, fang immersion heaters, thermocouples, temperature sensors, Ceramic / Nozzel / Band heaters, Finned heaters, cartridge heaters, ceramic heaters, customized ducting heaters, and customized Ovens.
- Demonstrate expertise in welding steel and stainless-steel materials, employing various welding techniques such as shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), gas metal arc welding (GMAW), and tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure that industrial heaters meet customer requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify new technologies, materials, and manufacturing methods for improving heater performance, energy efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Perform detailed engineering calculations, simulations, and modelling to ensure the proper sizing and performance of industrial heaters.
- Create technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Conduct testing and validation of industrial heaters to validate performance, durability, and safety.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to industrial heaters during the manufacturing process or in the field.
- Provide technical support to customers, sales teams, and service personnel regarding industrial heater selection, installation, operation, and maintenance.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in industrial heater technology.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Preferred Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-10 Years of Proven experience in industrial heater manufacturing, with a focus on designing and developing various heater types and applications.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial heater technologies, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools for design, simulation, and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Prior experience with customized heater solutions and OEM manufacturing is a plus.
Location: Bahrain, On-Site
Salary and Benefit:
The salary for this position will be determined based on the candidate’s level of experience and qualifications.
