We are offering a training opportunity (COOP – Tamheer) for a motivated and detail‑oriented Industrial Engineering Trainee
. This role is designed to provide hands‑on experience for students to develop practical skills in operations, process improvement, and data‑driven decision‑making within a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across activities
- Monitor operational activities (store/warehouse) and report any issues
- Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate operational data and prepare periodic reports
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support performance monitoring
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including warehouse, logistics, and quality
- Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide general administrative support and handle ad‑hoc tasks as needed
Requirements
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of data analysis tools is a plus
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Eager to learn and apply industrial engineering concepts in a practical setting
