Qualifications
- High school diploma or technical certification in Electrical Technology or related field
- Valid electrician license or certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in industrial or agricultural electrical systems
- Proficiency with:
- Cold storage electrical systems and refrigeration circuits
- Power inverter installation and troubleshooting (e.g., for solar or UPS systems)
- Electric submersible pumps and motor control systems
- Ability to work independently and in outdoor/farm environments
- Strong understanding of electrical safety procedures
- Familiarity with SCADA systems and PLCs is a plus
Work Conditions
- May involve on-call or weekend duty
- Work may include indoor cold storage areas and outdoor farm operations
- Use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols required
