- Candidates must have minimum 06 years experience in Industrial setting, preferably in food and beverage industry.
- Maintain slaughterhouse electrical and mechanical equipment to ensure safe, reliable and hygienic production operations.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on processing machines, conveyors, pumps, grinders, slicers, sealers and utilities.
- Diagnose electrical/mechanical faults and support quick restoration of production equipment.
- Follow lockout/tagout, food safety and maintenance hygiene requirements.
- Maintain maintenance records, spare parts usage and equipment inspection checklists.
Requirements
- Experience: 6 years
- Education: diploma in electrical engineering
- Skills: mechanical maintenance, meat processing, electrical maintenance, mechanical skills, food industry knowledge, knowledge of maintenance procedures, food safety and sanitation, facilities maintenance, food manufacturing, maintenance engineering
