Roles and Responsibilities
Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly and courteous service
Welcome guests and promptly attend to tables
Serve food and beverages to guests and share your menu knowledge to assist guests
Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests
Resolves customer issues and answers questions
Collects payments by accepting cash or card and check cash drawer by counting cash at beginning and end of work shift
Record transactions in the system correctly
Maintains checkout operations by following policies and procedures
Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED2,300.00 per month
