We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Indoor Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries, process sales, and provide administrative support to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by providing product information and quotations.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in visits.
- Process sales orders and coordinate with the operations team for timely delivery.
- Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, and payments.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
Requirements:.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or sales coordination pref
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
