Position: Indoor Sales Executive LM-1-0726
- Follow up on quotations to ensure clients have received and reviewed them.
- Address any inquiries or feedback from clients to facilitate smoother communication and deal closure.
2. Coordination
- Serve as a liaison between management and potential clients to schedule and coordinate meetings.
- Organize and update meeting schedules, ensuring timely follow-ups and preparation for management.
- Personally invite potential clients to visit our elevator boutique.
- Arrange personalized tours or presentations to enhance the customer experience.
4. Communication
- Draft and send professional emails and correspondence in both Arabic and English.
- Maintain a high standard of typing and written communication in both languages.
5. Content Creation
- Assist in developing engaging content in collaboration with the marketing team.
6. Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction.
- Maintain a database of client interactions and ensure regular updates for management.
7. Market Insights
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to inform business strategies.
8. Showroom Organization
- In charge of the organization of the boutique and arranging cleaning company visits.
Job Requirements Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional in typing and drafting correspondence in both languages.
- Well-versed in cultural and professional etiquette in the UAE market.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Friendly and professional demeanor to represent the company effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in business development, customer relations, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the elevator industry or related fields is a plus.
