An established Building Material Company in Sharjah dealing specifically in Tiles and Sanitary Wares is looking for Indoor Sales Cum Customer Service.
Sales Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers visiting the showroom and understand their requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable tiles, sanitary wares and related products.
- Explain product specifications, features, applications, and pricing.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, and proforma invoices.
- Follow up on quotations and convert inquiries into sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Maintain knowledge of current products, new arrivals, and market trends.
- Coordinate with the warehouse regarding product availability and stock status.
- Customer Service Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and walk-in visits.
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding product availability, delivery schedules, and order status.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and contractors.
- Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle returns, replacements, and warranty-related matters in accordance with company policies.
- Qualifications and Skills
- Good knowledge of tiles, sanitary ware, and construction finishing materials.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prepare quotations and handle customer correspondence.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
