We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Sharjah As an Indian Chef you will be responsible for creating authentic and delicious Indian dishes that will delight our customers
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes according to traditional recipes and our restaurants standards
- Ensure all food is cooked and presented in a timely manner
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Train and supervise other kitchen staff as needed
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with the management team to create new menus and specials
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine including regional variations and cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
Salary
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for the right candidate
Location
This position is located in Sharjah UAE Applicants must be willing to relocate if not already based in Sharjah
