Work Timing:
Monday to Thursday & Saturday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM & 2:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Work Schedule: 6 days a week, with 1 day off as decided by management.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in daily shop operations, including opening, closing, and maintaining cleanliness.
Ensure products are well-stocked and properly arranged in the showroom.
Handle customer sales inquiries, provide guidance, and promote products effectively.
Manage telesales & follow-ups with existing and potential customers to boost sales.
Process and follow up on email, fax, and telephone inquiries, quotations, and orders.
Maintain and update product inventory, reorder lists, and barcode systems in Tally.
Perform sales transactions, including invoicing, credit sales, payments, and reconciliations.
Handle payment follow-ups, send statements, and coordinate collections from customers.
Supervise daily delivery schedules, verify driver reports, and ensure document control.
Review and recommend showroom retail price adjustments based on market trends.
Requirements:
Prior sales and administrative experience in a similar retail environment.
Proficiency in Tally and MS Office for sales and accounting transactions.
Strong customer service and telesales skills.
Ability to multi-task, coordinate deliveries, and maintain records efficiently.
Good communication and follow-up skills for payment collections.
