Laurus LLC is expanding its national sales network and seeking three experienced Independent Business Development Representatives (BDRs), each responsible for developing business within one UAE territory:
- Dubai
- Abu Dhabi & Al Ain
- Sharjah & Northern Emirates
Laurus LLC is the exclusive UAE distributor of NAJEL, the premium French natural skincare and household care brand manufactured by Laboratoire Najjar (France).
This is an independent, field‑based opportunity for professionals already active in the UAE market with strong relationships across pharmacies, wellness centres, hotels, spas, premium supermarkets, and organic retailers.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for developing business within your assigned territory by opening new direct‑purchase accounts, driving sales, managing reorders, and strengthening Laurus’ presence across premium skincare, wellness, and household care channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand business across your assigned territory
- Conduct regular field visits to pharmacies, wellness centres, hotels, spas, and premium retailers
- Identify and qualify prospective customers
- Prepare quotations and open new customer accounts
- Support collections follow‑up and ongoing account development
- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights
- Represent Laurus professionally at all times
Requirements
- Existing UAE experience in pharmaceutical, beauty, wellness, or FMCG field sales
- Established relationships with pharmacies, retailers, or relevant buyers
- Proven ability to open new accounts and drive sales growth
- Professionalism, integrity, and strong communication skills
- Legally entitled to work independently in the UAE and responsible for own visa (where applicable), transportation, mobile phone, and business expenses
- Highly motivated, self‑driven, and entrepreneurial
- Arabic language skills are an advantage but not essential
Contract Structure
- Independent contractor opportunity (not a salaried employment position)
- Initial agreement with renewal based on activity, pipeline development, and commercial performance
