Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to promote and sell Naturalize juices and Goli soda across grocery stores in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting grocery stores daily, building strong relationships with store owners and managers, and ensuring consistent sales growth with Strong communication and negotiation skills, Ability to work independently and meet targets. Knowledge of the UAE market and customer behaviour.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Store Visits: Visit grocery stores, mini-marts, and supermarkets to introduce and sell our flavoured juices and Goli Soda while educating the owners and adding ongoing promotions if required.
Market Research: Gather feedback from store owners and customers to improve product offerings and pricing strategies.
Merchandising: Ensure proper product display and visibility in the store to attract customer attention.
Sales Reporting: Maintain daily reports on sales performance, store visits, and customer feedback.
Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor products and pricing to stay ahead in the market.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in FMCG (preferably beverages or juices) in Dubai.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and Arabic (preferred).
Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and energetic.
UAE driving license preferred (but not mandatory).
Knowledge of Dubai’s grocery market is a plus.
