About the Role
You will work with inbound leads who have expressed interest in the company. Your task is to respond to inquiries, understand client needs, explain solutions, handle objections, follow up, and close deals.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound leads via email, phone, or CRM
- Qualify leads based on business setup, compliance needs, budget, and decision-making authority
- Conduct discovery calls with UAE founders and SME owners
- Recommend packages and move leads toward payment
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and deal status
