Target Background
- Almeera field team, Lulu & Carrefour merchandising, local FMCG retail execution
Job Responsibilities
- Fully cover 70 Almeera stores on weekly rotation (area divided by two executives)
- Maintain shelf standard display, product facings, POSM and promotional materials
- Check stock shortage and push timely replenishment
- Solve onsite store issues and collect competitor market data
- Support all in-store marketing campaign execution
KPI
- 100% weekly store coverage completion
- Display compliance rate ≥ 98%
- Stockout issues resolved within 24 hours
- Zero escalated store complaints
Pay: QAR4,500.00 – QAR7,000.00 per month
