WE ARE HIRING
IN-HOUSE MARKETING TEAM & BRAND GROWTH TEAM – DUBAI
SNUW is not just another food brand.
We are building a movement, a lifestyle, and a globally recognizable concept born in Dubai.
We are looking for 1–2 exceptional in-house marketing professionals who understand how to turn attention into impact, community into loyalty, and creativity into measurable revenue.
This role is for individuals with a PROVEN track record in Dubai and beyond.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create and execute powerful marketing campaigns
• Increase footfall, engagement, followers, and revenue
• Build strategic collaborations with brands, gyms, running clubs, hotels, influencers, events, schools, wellness communities, and creators
• Monitor and analyze campaign penetration and performance across all platforms
• Understand algorithms, reach, retention, engagement rates, and conversion metrics
• Develop strategies that convert views into real customers and repeat business
• Create compelling content aligned with SNUW’s identity and philosophy
• Organize shoots, activations, launches, and promotional events
• Maintain and strengthen brand consistency across all channels
• Identify trends before they peak
• Build hype around products, launches, and experiences
• Help position SNUW as a globally recognized lifestyle brand
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Proven portfolio and measurable results
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, Meta Ads, and emerging platforms
• Photography and videography skills
• Professional editing abilities (photo & video)
• Content creation and storytelling
• Ability to shoot, edit, and publish quickly
• Experience with influencer outreach and negotiations
• Strong branding and aesthetic sense
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Hospitality/F&B experience is a major advantage

• Experience growing hospitality or lifestyle brands
• Existing network in Dubai
• Experience with PR and media relations
• Graphic design skills
• Paid advertising experience
• SEO/website understanding
• Email marketing knowledge
• Event marketing experience
• Knowledge of customer retention systems and loyalty campaigns
