Job Purpose
To support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) by conducting internal audits, monitoring compliance with ISO standards, and ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct internal IMS audits in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
- Prepare audit plans, checklists, reports, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and IMS requirements.
- Identify non-conformities, areas for improvement, and support departments in implementing corrective actions.
- Assist in maintaining IMS documentation, records, and audit schedules.
- Participate in external certification and surveillance audits.
- Support awareness and training initiatives related to quality, environmental, and occupational health & safety management systems.
- Prepare audit findings, KPI reports, and management review inputs.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and client requirements related to IMS.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
- Lead/Internal Auditor certification for ISO 9001; ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certifications are an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IMS, QA/QC, or auditing functions.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.
- Experience in the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sector is preferred.
- Good communication, reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
