WeHomes Real Estate is seeking sales and leasing agents for the Dubai real estate market. We are looking for self-motivated and passionate individuals with a proven track record in real estate or sales. Candidates should demonstrate high standards, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in new challenges.
Requirement:
Minimum of one year of experience in the Dubai real estate market with a proven track record in sales.
Have a good understanding of the Dubai real estate market and its new projects.
Must be self-driven, ambitious, and results-oriented.
Valid UAE license
Responsibilities:
Listing and marketing properties for sale or rent on various portals
Advise sellers/landlords on market conditions, values, and property legislation.
Qualifying potential buyers/tenants.
Setting appointments, attending viewings, and following up on leads
Negotiating offers and contract negotiation
Maintain regular contact with all clients
Ability to achieve the target
