As an Import & Export Coordinator role, you will play a critical role in the MEA Logistics Team at Ingram Micro
What you’ll do:
Create and share shipping documents, coordinate with forwarders and customers, nominate freight forwarders, and obtain quotations.
Provide & update reports with shipment analysis, and maintain the Import and Export tracker daily.
Ensure freight costs stay within budget, and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Nominate local truck, Collaborate with the Purchase team for order updates and clearance documents
How You Can Get This Opportunity:
Experience: 2 to 3 years in logistics
Excellent knowledge of GCC export, gulf & JAFZA customs, and Dubai Trade Regulations.
Excellent negotiation, administrative, and time management, especially MS Office, with good communication skills
