We are looking for an experienced Immigration Consultant / Relocation Advisor to join our dynamic team. If you have any minimum experience in overseas immigration processes for countries like Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or the USA, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
As an Immigration Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of immigration applications for both individuals and businesses. You will provide high-quality, personalized services while offering expert guidance and support to clients throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone and email, providing insightful advice and ongoing follow-up.
Conduct client interviews to evaluate eligibility for immigration applications and offer tailored solutions.
Manage the end-to-end immigration process, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and colleagues.
Handle applications for Permanent Residency, Work Permits, Visit Visas, Student Visas, and other immigration-related services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and positive experiences throughout the process.
Offer expert support to assignees during their immigration journey, resolving any issues and providing guidance as needed.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of immigration services to better meet client needs.
Collaborate with colleagues and clients to deliver the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum experience in overseas immigration services (experience in Europe, Canada, Australia, USA, or New Zealand preferred).
Strong understanding of immigration regulations and policies for the specified countries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
Ability to juggle multiple clients and deadlines, maintaining a high standard of service.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Information:
Salary Range: AED 3,500.00 – AED 5,000.00 per month, plus industry-leading incentives.
