Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

About the Role:
At West Avenue, we’re looking for a driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, setting up appointments, and playing a key part in growing our sales. Your main tasks will include:
Appointment Setting: Proactively engage with potential customers through outbound calls schedule appointments with prospects.
Maximizing Sales Opportunities: Ensure a high number of appointments are scheduled daily to support sales efforts, meeting and exceeding monthly targets.
Maintaining Appointment Quality: Ensure the quality and relevance of appointments set for the sales team to optimize conversion rates.
Sales Achievement: Contribute to the overall sales objectives by driving appointments that result in successful sales closures.
Candidate Profile:
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in Telemarketing, Tele Sales, or Outbound Voice Process experience, ideally in industries like insurance or other relevant fields.
Language Skills: Proficient in English and Hindi; Tagalog knowledge is a plus.
Interpersonal Skills: A pleasant and engaging personality, with the ability to connect with and motivate potential customers.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computer operations, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Sales Orientation: A results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving targets and contributing to team success.
Salary:
AED 3,000 – 4,000 per month + Incentives based on performance.
