We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Immigration Sales Consultant to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in immigration consultancy, visa sales, or a similar client-facing sales role and be confident in converting leads into successful clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle leads and inquiries related to immigration, work visas, study visas, and residency programs.
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients and understand their immigration goals.
- Explain eligibility criteria, visa processes, documentation, timelines, and service terms clearly.
- Recommend suitable immigration pathways based on the client’s profile.
- Follow up consistently with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face meetings.
- Convert qualified leads into sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate client and sales records in the CRM.
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a professional customer experience.
- Coordinate with processing and operations teams for smooth case handover.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, consultation events, and other business-development activities.
- Keep updated on immigration programs, visa requirements, and changes in immigration policies.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in immigration/visa consultancy sales is preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UK, Europe, or other immigration programs.
- Experience handling leads and working with sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong follow-up and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
