Role & Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to assess immigration needs, eligibility, and pathway options—including work visas, family sponsorships, and residency permits.
- Guide clients through complex documentation, application workflows, and government clearance processes in alignment with Saudi Arabian labor and immigration laws.
- Partner with legal, HR, and compliance teams to ensure all submissions meet regulatory standards and timelines.
- Present customized immigration packages to corporate clients seeking to deploy international talent into Saudi markets.
- Track and manage client cases from intake to approval, proactively resolving bottlenecks and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Stay current on policy changes, fee structures, and visa quota updates impacting Saudi Arabia’s labor market and foreign worker regulations.
